## Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, personable, professional individual wishing to pursue a career as a medical assistant in our busy dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will preferably have dermatology experience and provide essential support to medical professionals in various clinical settings.

## Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Administer medications under the direction of a physician
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
- Prepare patients for medical tests and procedures
- Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and organized

## Skills

- Assist with surgical procedures
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to perform inpatient and outpatient duties
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures
- Strong patient service skills
- Familiarity with emergency medicine and internal medicine practices
- Understanding of physiology and vital signs monitoring
- Experience with inhalation therapy is a plus
