Your Responsibilities

Give medication as prescribed by the physician
Take vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
Give injections of medication and provide immunizations
Maintain accurate patient records
Provide social support and companionship
Any other applicable tasks and responsibilities
Current in-state RN or LPN License
1.5 - 2 years of Experience
Authorization to work in the United States
