About the Role

We're hiring an ambitious Nurse Practitioner who's keen to join a fast-paced health-tech startup in its earliest stages.

You'll be able to work remotely, with flexible hours (starting with just a couple hours a week, then ramping up based on your comfort level).

This role can be started part-time with any number of hours you choose. The responsibilities are as follows:

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with chronic conditions.
See patients over video visits and/or respond to patient messages.
Collaborate with physicians to adjust patient care plans.
Help patients manage their chronic conditions through improved adherence and education.

Compensation

This is a part-time hourly contract position. You will be paid per clinical hour, with a pay rate determined based on years of experience and interview performance.

Qualifications:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license for the state of Michigan
Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in your respective specialty area
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 2 – 30 per week
