Key Responsibilities:

Telehealth Patient Care: Provide patient assessments, care, and support via telehealth platforms, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Remote Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health records (EHR) system from your home office.
Medication Management: Provide remote guidance on medication administration and monitor patient outcomes.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care through virtual consultations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a virtual setting to deliver comprehensive care.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in a remote care environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a virtual setting.
Ability to effectively manage time and work independently in a remote environment.
Prior telehealth experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $78.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
