Position: Director of Nursing
Facility: Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center
Compensation: Up to $135k annually

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction, aligning with our mission of providing exceptional services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the Nursing Department in compliance with facility regulations.
Collaborate in developing, updating, and maintaining nursing policies and procedures.
Lead the quality assurance initiatives for the department, ensuring continual improvement.
Participate in regulatory surveys and inspections alongside the Administrator.
Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing personnel are meeting professional standards.
Address and resolve complaints or grievances from staff, residents, and families promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in the State of Florida.
At least 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care with managerial expertise.
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
