Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients including physical examinations and health histories.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding health management.
Perform procedures such as IV infusion, phlebotomy, and sonography as required.
Manage chronic conditions and provide pain management strategies for patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients in assisted living or occupational health settings.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay updated on best practices in nursing and advancements in healthcare technology.

Experience

A Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice nursing degree is required.
Current Nurse Practitioner certification with relevant state licensure.
Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or senior care is preferred.
Familiarity with pain management techniques and occupational health practices is a plus.
Proficiency in performing IV infusions, phlebotomy, and other relevant procedures is desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential.
