Duties
- Provide nursing care and case management services to patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate patient services and referrals as necessary
- Utilize knowledge of hospital medicine, ER, Critical Care, PICU, and Managed Care in the delivery of patient care

Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience in case management or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of patient service principles
- Knowledge of medical records management
- Familiarity with Managed Care and insurance protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
