We are seeking experienced, licensed Occupational Therapists to join our innovative telehealth platform that combines machine learning technology, occupational therapy, and behavioral health support to deliver personalized treatment plans for adults with ADHD. Our mission is to revolutionize behavioral health care, starting with adult ADHD, through a digital-first, patient-centered care model, making high-quality behavioral care accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and goals
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
Provide one-on-one sessions via secure video conferencing
Educate clients and their families about ADHD management strategies and coping mechanisms
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Participate in case conferences and team meetings to ensure coordinated care
Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging trends in occupational therapy and ADHD treatment

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy license in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with adults with ADHD or related behavioral health conditions
Proficient in using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Passionate about utilizing technology to enhance client outcomes

Job Types: Contract, Per diem

Pay: $39.40 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
