An overview of the team's treatment and client services.
Participation in regular assessment of the status and performance evaluation of the team's specialized home care.
Reception, processing and follow-up of requests and inquiries to the team.
Counseling and communication with clients and relatives in cooperation with home nursing staff.
Supervision of family meetings in cooperation with the team doctor and home care team leader according to procedure.

Nurse with nursing license. It is desirable that the person has further education that is useful in the job.
Good clinical skills, knowledge and experience in nursing chronically ill persons.
Knowledge and experience of the philosophy of palliative care is a great advantage.
Experience in home care or acute care.
Knowledge and experience with the medical record system
Excellent interpersonal skills and agility.
Initiative, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
