We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our virtual care team, serving Managed Care Organization (MCO) Medicaid patients.

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Telemedicine Nurse Practitioners licensed and credentialed with Arkansas Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), such as Amerigroup Arkansas, Molina Healthcare of Arkansas, Driscoll Health Plan, Community First Health Plans, Community Health Choice, Superior HealthPlan, and Aetna Better Health of Arkansas. This role involves conducting virtual visits, diagnosing, and managing a range of conditions to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. A thorough understanding of Medicaid protocols, strong telemedicine skills, and a commitment to quality care are essential.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual consultations to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
Deliver primary and specialty care services in compliance with Medicaid MCO guidelines.
Develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans, including prescribing medications as appropriate.
Educate patients on condition management and preventive healthcare practices.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using a secure telemedicine platform.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Ensure compliance with MCO policies, Medicaid protocols, and telemedicine standards.

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas.
Board certification in Family or Adult-Gerontology care (preferred).
Credentialed with Arkansas Medicaid MCOs, including:
- Amerigroup Arkansas
- Molina Healthcare of Arkansas
- Driscoll Health Plan
- Community First Health Plans
- Community Health Choice
- Superior HealthPlan
- Aetna Better Health of Arkansas
