WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a new CNA at JGS Lifecare, you can expect to provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and ensure the well-being of residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. Depending on the shift, you may work from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, or 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will collaborate with the nursing team, communicate effectively with residents and their families, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS CNA JOB

To excel in the CNA position at JGS Lifecare, you must possess a valid CNA license or certificate. Additionally, strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in using basic medical equipment and tools, as well as the ability to follow care plans effectively, will be crucial in providing high-quality care to our residents.
