Our client in Saudi Arabia is looking for Moroccan Registered Nurses to join their team across various healthcare institutions.

The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency and experience while assisting the patient. This critical role assists in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient health status and report changes to the medical team
Assist with daily living activities and support patients' comfort and hygiene needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility

Requirements:

Nursing degree and a license to practice nursing in the state required
A minimum of 1 year of recent medical experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
