Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a high-quality healthcare facility in Cape Coral. This role is in an OB-Maternal Level 2, Nursery Level 1 unit with 24 beds, where your expertise and compassionate care will make a real difference in the lives of mothers and newborns.

Position Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required
Patient Ratios: Labor 1-2:1, Postpartum 3-4:1
EMR System: Epic
Call Requirement: Yes, for 12-hour shifts
Floating: Required; travelers are the first to float, including to sister campuses
Degree Accreditation: Must be documented on profile
Radius Rule: Must reside 50 miles from Cape Coral permanent address

Additional Requirements:

Culture: Strong team environment; travelers are welcomed and expected to function as core staff
RTO/Schedule Requests: All time-off requests must be submitted with the application

Pay Details:

Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Expected Hours per Week: 36
Hourly Pay Rate:
- W2 Regular Time (RT): $23.50
- W2 Overtime (OT): $35.25
- Blended Hourly Rate (Taxable + Nontaxable): $66.08
Weekly Pay Package:
- W2 Wage (RT+OT): $846.00
- Nontaxable Weekly Per Diem: $1,533.00
- Total Weekly Gross Pay: $2,379.00
