Qualification:

- Applicant(s) must have experience with Initial RN Assessment and follow up visits with Medicaid and Medicare clients

- WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON

- Valid VA RN License

- Valid Drivers License & Auto Insurance

- Updated TB & CPR or willing to obtain

- Be willing to travel to surrounding counties

- Background checks or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

-Registered Nurse for RN Initial Assessments and F/U Visits
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Assist in the management of patients with infectious diseases
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management

- Proficient in providing care for patients with developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
