Duties

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Provide support in specialized areas such as trauma medicine and emergency medicine.
Utilize medical imaging techniques as needed for patient assessment.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills

Experience working with oral surgeries
Knowledge in reaching out to patients over the phone to check on care.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
