Registered Nurse RN Open Heart (CVOR RN), Kissimmee, FL

Job Type: Full-time/Perm

Shifts: Days (7a-7p)

Healthcare Setting: Hospital

Responsibilities

Assist with surgeries involving coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs or replacements, heart transplants, and other cardiovascular surgeries.
Assist in surgeries involving blood vessels, including carotid artery surgeries, aneurysm repairs, and bypass surgeries.
If applicable, assist with the use of the heart-lung machine during surgeries requiring cardiopulmonary bypass.
Manage and monitor the patient's blood pressure, heart rhythm, and oxygenation levels, ensuring optimal functioning during complex surgeries.

Qualification

1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment Required!
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing, BSN preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
CNOR preferred
