Job Summary
Pure OBGYN is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO/executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional office management skills and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle clerical duties, event planning, and provide administrative support while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Assist with event planning, coordinating logistics for internal and external events.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and transcribing notes from meetings.
Support the CEO/executive team with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or as an executive assistant is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Ability to transcribe meeting notes accurately and efficiently.
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
