Key Responsibilities:

Provide Expert Medical Oversight: Offer the highest standard of medical oversight for disability cases and facilitate smooth return-to-work protocols
Personalized Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of our employees
Care Coordination: Collaborate with local resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for our team members
Results Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews for annual health assessments, providing valuable insights for employee well-being
Collaboration with EHS Team: Work closely with our Environmental Health and Safety team to enhance employee health and safety measures

Qualifications:

Nurse with a valid license in Colorado/USA
5 years of experience inFamily/General/Occupational Health
Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols
Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Work Schedule:

Part time, Mondays
