Job Summary

Join a dynamic team as an RN First Assistant (RNFA) in the Operating Room. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional surgical care at a medical center equipped with the latest technology. This position involves providing surgical first assistance, scrub, and circulating nurse services for a range of procedures, including Orthopedic, Gynecology, Robotics, General, Plastics, Podiatry, Bariatrics, Urology, and emergency OB/GYN C-sections. The RNFA actively participates in daily departmental activities, demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to diverse patient populations, and supports the surgical team to achieve excellence in patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $94,910 - $140,774 annually
Starting Bonus: No signing bonus offered

Shift: 8-hour shifts (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Coursework/Training: Completion of RNFA course.
Active California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS Certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
2+ years of recent clinical experience in an operating room setting.
