What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading nursing services to deliver high-quality, individualized care for residents.
Collaborating with the management team and stepping in as the Executive Director in their absence.
Overseeing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and optimizing care plans for resident needs.
Monitoring services, training staff, and conducting regular rounds to ensure all shifts provide excellent, consistent care.
Playing an active role in essential committees and contributing to continuous quality improvements across the facility.
