Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Cancer Center, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
Coordinate chemotherapy and immunotherapy services, ensuring timely administration and adherence to protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans and achieve organizational goals.
Manage staffing schedules, budget allocation, and resource utilization for optimal department performance.
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
1–3 years of oncology experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Management, Charge Nurse, or Team Leader).
Certification in Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment).

Preferred

Experience with infusion therapy.
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
