Title of Job: Remote Delegation Oversight Nurse

The CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Delegation Oversight Nurse for our Fortune 100 healthcare client.

Job Summary
The Delegation Oversight Specialist will collaborate closely with the Manager of Delegation Oversight to manage and support regulatory audits and delegation oversight activities for Clinical Services. This role ensures compliance with clinical services delegation and regulatory requirements, while acting as a liaison between Health Plan delegated entities, Utilization Management, Case Management, and other cross-functional teams within the organization. The Specialist will use a deep understanding of regulatory standards to represent Clinical Services in audits and interactions with delegated entities. Additionally, the role requires strict adherence to HIPAA standards in handling protected health information (PHI).

Pay: $30-35 an hour based on experience(overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours: Full Time –This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm PST

Job Duties:

In collaboration with the Manager of Delegation Oversight, manages delegation oversight and regulatory audits.
Leverages knowledge of clinical services regulatory and delegation requirements to represent Clinical Services appropriately while managing delegation oversight audits
Serves as a liaison between Health Plan delegated entities and Clinical Services Operational teams (Utilization Management and Case Management)
Serves as a liaison between Delegation Oversight and cross-functional areas/departments across the organization
Uses, protects, and discloses patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse program
Current LVN/LPN license in State of Residence
2+ years of care management, utilization review (prior authorization) or discharge planning experience
Associates Degree
Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Highly Preferred

Experience in an HMO or experience in a Managed Care setting
A base knowledge of requirements for Medicare, Medi-Cal and Commercial lines of business Large corporation experience
