Part-time Nurse Practitioner position available with Vista Del Mar Medical Group in Ventura County covering dialysis clinics in Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura and Santa Paula to provide dialysis rounds and perform annual history and physicals for dialysis patients. The candidate must be organized and a self-starter.

The position requires flexibility in scheduling. We are looking for an individual who will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and/or Saturdays, including early morning and evening hours. Job responsibilities include assisting nephrologists to monitor lab results, reinforce dietary restrictions, manage dry weight, and monitor blood pressure during weekly rounds. Annual history and physicals are completed with patients while on dialysis. This job may require driving between dialysis clinics; mileage is reimbursed.

Nurse Practitioner Bonus Program: Depending on the number of patient visits, NPs can earn up to a $10 increase on their hourly wage for all hours worked.

Candidate must possess current NP license in California and national certification through either American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Dialysis nursing experience preferred, but not required. New Grads are welcome to apply.
