Position Title: Pediatric Registered Nurse/Peds RN

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Location: Boston MA

Pay Range: $72,800.00 to $83,200 annually + Yearly performance bonus & Raises + other benefits

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
Wednesday: Patients from 12 PM, staff meeting at 11 AM
Saturday Clinics: Monthly, voluntary, with overtime pay (no summer scheduling)
Flexibility: Hours adjusted to maintain a 40-hour workweek and avoid overwork.

Qualifications

Active State Registered Nursing License & experience with pediatric EMR systems (e.g., Athena) or training will be provided.
Proficiency in Spanish
Previous pediatric nursing experience required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Empathy, patience, and a child-friendly demeanor
Adherence to ethical and professional standards (e.g., HIPAA)
