Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing administration and a passion for providing high-quality care in an assisted living environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement care plans in accordance with resident rights and individual needs
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of compassionate and efficient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize resident care
- Oversee the implementation of hospice care services
- Conduct assessments using the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for accurate care planning
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a registered nurse with a deep understanding of anatomy
- Proficiency in nursing administration and supervising nursing staff
- Knowledge of care plans, Resident rights, MDS, and medical records
- Previous experience in assisted living or hospice care is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $134,564.00 - $140,142.00 per year
