The Role
We're seeking a passionate Director of Nursing in Massachusetts to join our leadership team. You'll build and supervise our clinical team of RNs, build robust operational processes to ensure optimal family experience and efficiency, and set clinical practices to deliver the highest quality of care.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of RNs. You'll be involved in hiring and training the best RN case managers. You’ll build systems for accountability and quality.
- Set high clinical operations and expectations and process improvements. You'll be focused on creating best-in-class clinical processes and ensuring your team upholds the highest standards of clinical excellence.
- Build foundation for gathering clinical data. You’ll be responsible for defining processes for proper data gathering of clinical metrics and patient improvement.
- Partner with operations, technology, and product teams across Abby Care. You'll be a critical voice for pushing initiatives to further our mission.

The Requirements
- Must be a registered nurse with at least 3+ years of nursing/care experience and licensed in the state of Massachusetts (or have a compact license).
- Must have 1-2 years of supervisory and management experience or health service administration experience in home health
- Must reside in Massachusetts, preferably in the Springfield area with a valid drivers license.
- Strong communication and writing skills. Bonus points if the candidate can also speak Spanish.
