Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON)

Salary: 110,000-130,000

Duties:

Management level nursing position that maintains direct contact with patients and integration with patient care.
Responsible for coordinating, training, scheduling, and team development among the nursing staff.
Manages the continuing education of the nursing staff.
Maintains an ongoing quality assurance program.
Assists in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans.
Leads others through actions consistent with and serve our culture.
Participates in facility surveys by government agencies.
