We're looking to hire a nurse practitioner (NP) as we grow in the Mankato area!
This is an exciting nurse practitioner (NP) role, allowing you to both practice independently, as well as collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and like-minded providers.

Responsibilities Overview:
● A nurse practitioner (NP) to Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (via messaging and videochats) and in-person (in patient's home or at their place of work)
● Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are properly documented in an EHR
● Help patients manage and understand medications
● Proficiency with blood draws (or willing to learn!)
● A current, valid driver's license and good driving record is required
● Physical requirements may include the ability to lift-up to 30 lbs
● A nurse practitioner (NP) who has a love and drive for helping people get healthy and happy!
Per Diem available
Clinic hours are 8am-7pm weekdays
Qualifications
Licensure: FNP-C, APRN and RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing. Maintain current BLS, and ACLS or PALS certification.
Experience: 1+ year of family practice, urgent care, pediatrics or dermatology. Interest in holistic care and improving the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) is a plus!
Education: Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Master’s Degree required.

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
