Salary: $170,000 - $180,000

- Lead the Nursing Department with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and exceptional care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve nursing policies and procedures.
- Drive our quality assurance initiatives to ensure we exceed industry standards.
- Facilitate smooth, successful facility surveys and inspections by government agencies.
- Conduct daily rounds to support nursing staff and maintain superior care standards.
- Proactively address and resolve personnel concerns and grievances.
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license and registration in New Jersey.
- At least 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care, including managerial roles.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with a commitment to fostering growth.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
