Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. As an NP at Lyla Health, you will provide high-quality telehealth services to patients across the country. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, offering them personalized care in a flexible, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, consultations, and follow-up appointments via telemedicine platforms.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions, including but not limited to respiratory infections, hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression, and more.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, order necessary lab work, and interpret test results as needed.
- Provide education and counseling to patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to Lyla Health's mission, values, and code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least 12 states; multi-state licensure preferred.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions in primary care, urgent care, or telemedicine settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, digital environment.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Pay: $70.75 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
