The Hospice Home Care Nurse, reporting to the Team Manager, is responsible for assessing and addressing the care needs of terminally ill patients and their families.

- Education: Diploma, ADN, or BSN from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current Maryland State Registered Nurse license.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in nursing or equivalent education/experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of infection control, strong time management, excellent communication, patient and family focus, and EMR proficiency.
Compensation ranges from $63,407.38 to $97,440.12, based on qualifications. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions available.
