South Mountain Post Acute, a Medicare 5 Star Rated facility, is looking for AZ licensed, experienced RN's and LPN's for our rehab unit and our sub acute unit. Positions below are Full-time but we have PRN positions available as well:
NOC Shift 6pm-6am with Rotating Weekends
