Director of Nursing (DON) Position Overview:
As our DON, you’ll steer the nursing ship, manage our awesome staff, and keep us all in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Director of Nursing (DON) Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our nursing team.
- Develop and implement policies.
- Ensure we meet all regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly.
- Manage budgets and resources.
- Address and resolve any nursing-related issues.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment.
Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:
- RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience as a Director of Nursing (DON).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
