We are working with a leading healthcare organization in Texas seeking a full-time Clinic Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Family Medicine Clinic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead patient care initiatives and ensure smooth healthcare delivery in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinic Charge RN, you will:
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient and family needs, and develop, execute, and evaluate personalized care plans.
- Oversee nursing practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Create a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Integrate patients' unique differences, including culture, beliefs, and values, into tailored care plans.
- Advocate for patients by developing individualized plans reflecting their goals and concerns.
- Facilitate education for patients, families, and healthcare team members to support informed healthcare decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and community resources to implement comprehensive care plans.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively manage resources in patient care delivery.
- Maintain professionalism by actively contributing to shared governance, decision-making processes, and improving nursing practices and the work environment.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (focus on nursing as the principal discipline).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
