We are in search of a Full Time Director of Nursing to lead, energize and support our amazing team of caregivers and our residents. The Director of Nursing plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all residents at the facility.
The DON is responsible for planning, development and overall operation of Clinical Services which ensures residents receive quality care 24 hours a day.
Essential Functions of the Position include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the clinical team in providing quality and compliant patient care.
- Assess, direct & supervisor resident care needs.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
- Lead & Manage clinical staff
- Maintain the comfort, privacy and dignity of our residents and interact with them in a manner that displays warmth, respect and promotes a caring environment.
Salary Information:
- $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS
- $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience
- Additional $0.85/hour employer paid supplemental pay through 09.30.25
- **If working the floor, receive an additional $3.20/hour MI wage pass through pay through 09.30.25
Typical Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Available by phone, as necessary, to provide staff support

Qualified candidates will be a Registered Nurse, have previous experience working in a long term care facility, and have a passion for supporting the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
