Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans based on the needs of patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and recovery plans
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery
• Adhere to best practices and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered
• Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required
