As a 19 bed facility, we are the smallest freestanding Skilled Nursing Facility in California.
We have a family-like atmosphere that is very different from a hospital environment.
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON).
Applicant must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in California.
Duties would include direct care, administration of drugs, charting and overseeing a direct care staff, including scheduling and hiring of employees.
This position is best suited for either a new RN looking to fast track or one that seeks a stable and rewarding position prior to retirement. Director experience is not needed and we will train the right person.
Compensation package includes generous bonus hours and company subsidized health insurance.
Salary $115,000.00 to start.
$5,000.00 sign on bonus paid after 6 months. (Restrictions apply) *sign on bonus offer ends 2/10/2025*
Yearly bonus, bonus days off also included.
