You will earn: Up to $40.55 - $44.40 per hour starting wages!
PLUS $8,000 Sign On Bonus (full time) or $4,000 Sign On Bonus (part time) - with Expedited pay out within 1 year!
Base wages: $35.15 - 39.00 hourly (Pay based on years of certification)
PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
PLUS $1.50 - $2.00 shift premiums for 2nd shift or 3rd shift

How You Will Help People Every Day
You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:
A current license to practice as an Registered Nurse - RN or Michigan; current CPR/BLS certification.
An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
