We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with extensive experience in both pediatric and adult care to join our dedicated team as an RN Triage Nurse. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on patients’ lives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional telephone triage health advice to patients and their caregivers.
Navigate a dynamic work setting, managing multiple priorities while ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Provide after-hours triage services, guaranteeing that patients receive the same level of care they would expect from their primary providers.
Required Skills
A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency department (ED), call center, or triage environments.
Excellent multitasking capabilities and proficiency in computer systems.
Ability to remain composed and make swift decisions in a fast-paced setting.
Compact RN licenses are encouraged, with the possibility of additional state licenses required.
Qualifications
Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
Active RN licensure.
