As a Registered Nurse, you will engage in assessing patients’ health conditions, formulating tailored care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and families to uphold the highest standards of patient care and enhance the quality of life for those in your care. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date patient records will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive health assessments and partner with patients and their families to create effective care plans.
Administer medications and vigilantly monitor patients’ vital signs.
Ensure accurate and current patient records are maintained, with all documentation kept up-to-date.
Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
Deliver compassionate care to support patients in achieving the highest possible quality of life.
Required Skills
Active Maryland Registered Nurse license.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in homecare or community healthcare settings.
Proficient clinical skills, with a thorough understanding of nursing care practices and protocols.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering rapport with patients and their families.
Capacity to function both autonomously and as a valuable member of a dynamic team.

Qualifications
