As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in evaluating patients’ health needs, devising individualized care plans, administering medications, and closely monitoring vital signs. Accurate and timely documentation of patient records is a critical component of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive health evaluations and engage with patients and families to formulate effective care strategies.
Administer prescribed medications and supervise patients’ vital sign monitoring.
Ensure the maintenance of precise and current patient records, adhering to regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
Assist patients in attaining optimal quality of life through empathetic and attentive care.
Required Skills
Active Maryland Registered Nurse licensure.
Proven clinical competencies, with an in-depth knowledge of nursing care standards and procedures.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering relationships with patients and families.
Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is advantageous.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, ideally within homecare or community healthcare contexts.
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
