We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to become a part of our team in a part-time hybrid position located in Baltimore, MD. This role provides flexibility, with the option for remote work, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients’ health conditions, designing tailored care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and families to uphold the highest standards of patient care and enhance quality of life. Accurate and timely maintenance of patient records will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive health assessments and partner with patients and families to create effective care plans.
Administer medications and track patients' vital signs.
Ensure clear and precise patient records are maintained, keeping all documentation current.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Assist patients in achieving optimal quality of life through compassionate and attentive care.
Required Skills
Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in homecare or community health settings.
Strong clinical abilities, with an in-depth understanding of nursing care protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with patients and their families.
Ability to function independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is advantageous.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
