Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity at Lynx Therapeutics
Lynx Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the health and wellness of our clients. You will work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure optimal health outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, medical histories, and care needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to design and implement effective patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to improve their well-being.
Document patient care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during challenging times.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of North Carolina.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
