Registered Nurse - LDRP Compensation
The pay for this position is $48-$55 per hour based on experience.
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Registered Nurse - LDRP Highlights
12 hour shifts, 3 out of 4 weekends, no call requirement.
Start date: 03/24
Registered Nurse - LDRP Responsibilities
Monitor and assess maternal and fetal health during labor, including vital signs and fetal heart rate.
Assist in labor and delivery, providing pain management, medication, and emotional support.
Provide immediate postpartum care for mothers, including monitoring recovery and managing complications.
Educate and assist new mothers with breastfeeding, infant care, and self-care.
Respond to emergencies during labor or delivery, including neonatal resuscitation and C-sections.
Registered Nurse - LDRP Requirements
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
2+ years of circulating C-Sections required.
2+ years of previous L&D experience required.
BLS through AHA required.
ACLS through AHA required.
NRP required.
STABLE required.
IN or compact RN license required.
