Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian RN - Wellness Nurse a t Dumfries Ambulatory Care Clinic in Dumfries, VA. This position is a full-time 40 hours a week schedule. We provide out-patient clinic services for enlisted and retired military personnel in association with Ft. Belvoir Community Hospital.

Job Duties:
completes chart audits to ensure that schedule patients meet HEDIS measures
provide health education to patients with topics such as nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle adjustments related to clinical visit.
perform health assessments such as physical exams, colonoscopy, mammograms, well visits, diabetic screenings, etc
excellent communication skills; both written and oral
ability to multi-task
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm EST
Requirements:
U.S. Citizen
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university; and/or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) School
Current and valid state license (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) to practice as a Registered Nurse in one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
3 years acute care RN experience preferred
Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
