Nurse (Stroke) Navigator License/Certifications are: CA RN BLS-Basic Life Support. Possible weekends with overtime 5 years recent relevant acute care experience for stroke patients or as a nurse navigator assisting patients with post discharge babrriers. Comfortability with chart review to identify gaps in stroke care and ability to close the loop with the primary nurse in a collaborative manner.
