RN Registered Nurse - OB/GYN Phone Triage - Remote

• DIRECT HIRE * PRESTIGIOUS OB/GYN CLINIC * SKILLED WOMEN'S HEALTHCARE RN NEEDED *
• WILL WORK REMOTELY AFTER TRAINING IN THE OFFICE IN MARIETTA *
  
  

NO 12 hour days, NO nights, NO weekends, NO evenings, and NO holiday work!

Responsibilities:

• Triage ob/gyn patients by phone for emergent care needs providing medical advice/referrals as needed
• Provide all patients with quality customer service and compassionate care regardless of socioeconomic and racial background
• Communicate with physicians, management, and staff members to ensure proper patient care, documentation, and follow up
• Resolve/escalate issues quickly and efficiently with a smile and positive caring spirit
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have current Georgia RN license and applicable current work experience, 4-5+ years experience preferred with good longevity
• Experience in L&D, Mother/Baby, OB/Gyn clinic, or similar type of women's care experience required
• Ability to build rapport with patients, staff, medical providers, and management teams
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong references from former coworkers and managers
