36hr/wk, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, weekends and holidays per unit need Opportunity to provide care for older adults in a long term care environment. Duties include direct patient care, assessments, documentation and implementation of the nursing plan of care, oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues, and medication administration. Excellent communication, flexibility and delegation skills highly desirable. At least 2 years’ experience in long term care setting, NYS RN license and BLS from AHA required. Requirements: Telemetry Experience Required RN License (NY License ONLY) Two (2) Years Experience in Long Term Care BLS (AHA ONLY)
