The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We have full-time openings for both our AMAZING NEW SHIFT (11 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS!), as well as Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM, Full-Time). These roles offer competitive hourly rates, with additional shift differentials to reward your commitment during non-standard hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, hands-on nursing care with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health and progress.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Mentor and support staff to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Qualifications
Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania (active and in good standing).
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 7:30 PM
Pay: ***Rates Negotiable***
Shift Differential: Additional $5/hour for hours worked after 2 PM
Night Shift
Schedule: Full-time, 7 PM - 7 AM
Pay: $40-$45/hour
Shift Differential: Competitive rates for overnight hours
