Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Mindfore, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community health centers. You will assess patients' health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document patients' medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' responses to therapy.
- Perform routine procedures and medical interventions, such as IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration.
- Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and professional development activities to enhance nursing practice and promote patient safety.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required depending on the specialty area.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

- Willingness to comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain professional competence through ongoing education and training.
